Environmental Concerns Inventory Projects

The traditional environmental due diligence process is designed to protect a prospective purchaser from liability for existing impacts, and to provide information to assess remediation or due care requirements.  However, sometimes the first thing that is needed is to understand the environmental challenges of a specific property, a selection of properties, or an area, in order to make informed decisions on a redevelopment or purchase strategy.  The Environmental Concerns Inventory (ECI) can provide that assessment by reviewing publicly available documents and inspecting properties from the public right-of-way.
