WACKERMAN TO ADDRESS BROWNFIELDS

January 26, 2016:  ASTI President and Director of Brownfield Redevelopment, Tom Wackerman, has been a much sought-after speaker since the company’s inception in 1985.  In fact, attendees of his past presentations have become long-term clients of the firm.  Following are two presentations that are on the docket for February:

• Mr. Wackerman will return as a Roundtable leader at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Continuing Education Program for Real Estate Professionals (Con. Ed.) on February 11, 2016 from 8am to 945am at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, MI.  Mr. Wackerman’s  roundtable discussion entitled: Changes to Redevelopment incentives in Michigan Affecting Real Estate Development, will be attended by real estate developers, retailers, attorneys, lenders and brokers.  For more information and to register for Con.
