Larson Center for Leadership.  The late Bob Larson was a nationally recognized and respected Michigan real estate developer, Chairman Emeritus of Larson Realty Group, trustee of ULI and former Chair of the ULI Foundation.  This annual curriculum-based program was designed to mentor and train the next generation of real estate and land use leaders by engaging them in the ever-changing fundamentals of leadership.

ULI Michigan also boasts the Lifetime Achievement Award, the most influential award in the State of Michigan for real estate.  The late A.
