Documentation of Due Care Compliance

We prepare Documentation of Due Care Compliance (DDCC) reports to demonstrate compliance with Michigan’s Part 201 due care obligations. Our evaluations assess site conditions, potential exposure pathways, and demonstrate that engineering or institutional controls are in place to prevent unacceptable exposures. DDCCs help property owners manage environmental risk during acquisition, redevelopment, and continued use.
