WETLAND DELINEATION & PHASE I ESA

ASTI Environmental was retained by Mr. Ron Rau on behalf of Putnam Township to conduct a wetland delineation and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of an 80-acre property located on Pearl Street, Putnam Township, Michigan. The Property consisted of two 40-acre parcels. The eastern parcel is currently used as a paintball field course. The western parcel is undeveloped forested land. ASTI was hired to identify wetland boundaries along with known and/or potential environmental hazards that could represent a health risk to the pedestrians and workers, and provide recommendations if such hazards were determined to exist. Areas researched and investigated included adjoining properties, historical land use, possible contamination from off-site sources, and record review.
