Wetland Reviews for Municipalities

ASTI currently provides the City of Rochester Hills with many environmental services including administration of the Wetland and Watercourse Protection Ordinance and Natural Features Setback Ordinance, wetland determinations and jurisdictional assessments, development of GIS base maps depicting delineations, evaluation of the functions and quality of each wetland, and review all site plans for conformance to the City’s Wetland and Watercourse Protection Ordinance. ASTI presents recommendations to the Planning Commission and City Council for all City Wetland Use Permits and Natural Features Setback Modifications. ASTI also provides environmental clearance and compliance services for all the City’s infrastructure projects. ASTI also provides similar services to Putnam Township, the City of Orchard Lake Village, and Oakland Township.
