Verified Industrial Properties Program

PEA Group has been a dedicated partner to the Detroit Regional Partnership (DRP) since its inception in 2020. Initially collaborating with Associated Environmental Services, we now work alongside ASTI, a division of PEA Group, to advance the Verified Industrial Properties program. Our team has provided support in developing the program’s multi-tier rating system and continues to support DRP and Burns & McDonnell by providing expert guidance on Stage 5 Desktop reports. This includes performing desktop due diligence, refining Stage 5 Desktop report deliverables, and offering cost and pricing insights to DRP.

To date, PEA Group has successfully completed five Stage 5 due diligence reports, with two more currently under contract.* Each report adheres to the established Stage 5 Desktop report template and includes the nine GIS maps required by the program, ensuring consistency and quality.

Leveraging our decades of private development experience, we thoroughly analyze each site presented by DRP to identify critical opportunities and challenges. Our project managers, who bring significant land development expertise, guide the operations team in investigating and evaluating site information, ensuring a comprehensive approach to every project.
