Oakland County Water Resources Commission Wetland Delineation

As part of the Northwest Oakland Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project for the Oakland County Water Resources Commission, ASTI Environmental (ASTI) delineated wetlands and watercourses within the 7 miles of proposed corridor for the new sanitary sewer system along South Ortonville Road, Grange Hall Road, Perryville Road, and Dixie Highway for approximately seven linear miles of road right-of-way in Ortonville, Brandon, and Groveland Townships, Oakland County, Michigan.

ASTI investigated the Project Area for the presence of any lakes, ponds, wetlands, and watercourses, based on MCL 324 Part 301 (Inland Lakes and Streams) and Part 303 Wetland Protection, as well as EO 11990. ASTI surveyed the wetland and watercourse flagging with survey grade Trimble GPS units and provided a report of findings, which included a jurisdiction assessment and graphics showing the wetland and watercourse surveyed boundaries.
