ASTI was contracted by the Jackson County BRA to manage and implement an EPA Site Assessment Grant supporting the conversion of the former Jackson Prison into office, commercial, and residential uses.
ASTI’s extensive experience with MSHDA projects and environmental issues allowed us to provide: a project specific Quality Assurance Project Plan; a site-specific Sampling Plan and Health and Safety Plan; Phase I and Phase II investigations; a NEPA review; a Baseline Environmental Assessment; and all documentation and reporting required under the grant.
In addition, ASTI assisted the BRA by evaluating site conditions to minimize the impact of identified contamination.
