Deerbrook PUD Wetland Delineation and EGLE Permitting

Deerbrook PUD is a single-family housing development that crossed two different school districts. A premier 120-acre parcel with wooded wetlands, agricultural fields, and the Clinton River. PEA Group conducted wetland delineation services for the 120-acre parcel property in Macomb Township, Michigan. The site contained high quality forested wetlands and emergent riparian wetlands to the Clinton River. PEA Group also investigated the agricultural fields for the presence of hydrology and hydric soil indicators.

In addition, PEA Group provided full service permitting assistance for the EGLE permit application. Our team provided permit drawings, alternative language writing and completion of permit application, and permit coordination with local staff. An EGLE permit was obtained for the original amount of wetland impact.
