ASTI was contracted by the City of Adrian to manage and implement two EPA Site Assessment Grants, one for hazardous substances and one for petroleum products.
The scope of services included: preparation of a project-specific Quality Assurance Project Plan; site-specific Sampling Plans and Health and Safety Plans; Phase I and Phase II investigations; asbestos and underground storage tank investigations; Baseline Environmental Assessments; documentation and reporting to support the grants; and assistance to the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority with redevelopment strategies.
In addition to technical implementation, ASTI facilitated site review, site prioritization, and project implementation.
