April 20, 2015, Livonia, MI:   As a General Services Administration (GSA) contract holder, ASTI Environmental is pleased that both Lara Treemore Spears and Joe Beutler have been selected as expert speakers for the Great Lakes Civil Infrastructure Conference to be convened on April 30, 2015 at Schoolcraft College’s VisTaTech Center in Livonia, MI.  Co-hosted by the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and Schoolcraft College’s Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), this conference is devoted to regional sustainability, infrastructure resilience and improving our state’s transportation and energy networks.
