PEA Group’s Annual Meeting Highlights Culture, Growth, and Continued Progress

Strong company culture and continued growth do not happen by accident. They are shaped through investment in people, shared values, and a clear sense of direction, and our 2025 annual meeting made that commitment clear.
Some of what we celebrated:
- A refreshed ASTI Environmental brand that more closely aligns with PEA Group, reflecting clearer service communication, stronger cross-disciplinary collaboration, and a bold next chapter for our team
- Recognition as one of Crain’s Detroit Business Best Places to Work for the seventh consecutive year, a reflection of a workplace culture built around employee well-being and professional development
- Two additional Crain’s honors in 2025, including Fast 50 and Private 200, recognizing our rapid growth and standing among the largest privately held companies in Metro Detroit
We continue to invest in our people, our ownership culture, and our future. With 32 employee-shareholders, nearly 1,000 hours of safety training completed, and a new leadership structure in place, we head into 2026 with strong momentum.
Growth is a team effort, and we are proud to be part of it.
