PROPERTY ACQUISITION SERVICES

Phase I Site Assessment Services include property evaluations per the ASTM standards, transaction screening, database searches, property inspections for loan applications, soils and groundwater investigations, remediation of impacts, wetlands mapping, asbestos surveys, PCB inspections, indoor air pollution investigations, and land use planning.

Site Closure Services include site characterization, impact investigations, preparation of Baseline Environmental Assessments, site specific risk assessments, and agency negotiation.

Ecological Services include wetlands permitting and management, resource management, preparation of Environmental Impact Statements and Environmental Assessments, Ecological Risk Assessments, and natural features inventories.

Hydrogeological Services include identification and mapping of groundwater and soils contamination, evaluation and implementation of remediation alternatives, and monitoring system installation and management.

Underground Storage Tank Services include tank investigations, UST closures, RBCA evaluations, and remediation system operation and maintenance.

Training programs are available at your facility or on-line. These include 40-hr Health and Safety Training, basic compliance programs, and customized training.

Project Management Services are available for projects requiring multiple subcontractors and can provide contractor scheduling and review, monitoring for asbestos removal, air sampling during remediation programs, site health and safety plans, project scheduling, and project cost analysis.
