The following information will provide background on the Federal New Market Tax Credit program. In general, the materials are in pdf format, and will require Adobe Reader to access (this software is available free at www.adobe.com). The best method for viewing these files is to download them to your computer and then review them off-line. This can be accomplished by placing your cursor over the file name below, using your right mouse button to select "Save Target As..." and saving a copy to your hard drive. The file can then be viewed using Adobe Reader.
