ASTI Environmental (ASTI) has openings for a Brownfield Redevelopment Specialist to conduct grant management and brownfield restoration programs. The position will be devoted to the development of the brownfield restoration practice in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois. Duties will include, Grant administration and management, preparation of grant applications, monthly and quarterly grant reporting, preparation of development scenarios, evaluation of benefits and tax incentives, and preparation of brownfield plans. The successful candidates will work in our Brighton, Michigan office. Two to five years experience in brownfield investigation and consulting required. BS in science or math preferred. Writing and communication skills are critical. Position available immediately. Five years experience in environmental consulting required with 213 and 211 experience required. BS in geology preferred. CPG or other applicable certification recommended.
