Director of Brownfield Redevelopment
ASTI Environmental (ASTI) has an opening for a Director of Brownfield Redevelopment to assist our real estate and municipal clients with brownfield restoration programs, gap financing, grant applications, grant implementation, policy development, and strategic planning.. The position will be devoted to the development of the brownfield restoration practice in Michigan and northern Ohio. Duties will include, grant administration, preparation of redevelopment scenarios, evaluation of benefits and tax incentives, and preparation of brownfield plans and tax credit applications. The successful candidate will work in our Brighton, Michigan office. Two to five years experience in brownfield investigation and/or consulting required. BS in science or math preferred. Environmental Compliance Specialist
ASTI is seeking an environmental compliance specialist with experience providing services to manufacturing facilities and other industrial operations. Experience should include air, storm water, solid waste and wastewater discharge permitting. Experience in the areas of noise assessment and indoor air quality is a strength of the successful candidate. The successful candidate also has strong quantitative analysis skills and is proficient at data analysis in order to form conclusions and recommendations.

Building Services Manager/Specialist
ASTI is seeking a building services specialist with experience in delivering environmental services to public and private entities engaged in rehab, redevelopment, and brownfield development. The successful candidate will have experience in managing and delivering lead-based paint, asbestos, and hazmat investigations, including downstream abatement and demolition supervision. Certifications for asbestos and lead-based paint work will be part of the successful candidate's qualifications.

Environmental Scientist
ASTI has an opening for a environmental scientist. Duties will include project management, client management, groundwater and soils investigations, remediation, site closure, field sampling, data preparation, data validation, data evaluation, and report preparation. The successful candidate will work in our Brighton, Michigan office to develop accounts, manage projects, and conduct sample collection. Four years experience in environmental consulting, and a BS in science or math required. Writing and communication skills are critical. ASTI is an EOE.
